MONO NIB SO-N-SO

About MONO NIB

There is one nib. It doesn't always move. Sometimes the paper does.

Mononib is a monospace sans-serif display typeface built on the movement of a broad-edged nib held at a consistent angle within a fixed-width grid. Stroke contrast is not applied. It is produced. Thick and thin emerge from direction, not decoration. The tension between the calligraphic and the mechanical is not resolved in this font. It is the font.

Pick up a nib. Try it on paper. Enjoy the process.
