EXTENDED USER ALL INCLUSIVE LICENSE AGREEMENT (EUAILA) V.1

By downloading this typeface, you agree to the following legal terms:

  1. GRANT OF LICENSE This is a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable all-inclusive license to use the font software across Desktop, Web, and App environments as defined in the individual license agreements. This agreement is a license for use and not a sale of the original software, vector geometry, underlying code, or the conceptual systems underlying each typeface design. All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of SO-AND-SO TYPED IT.
  2. PERMITTED USAGE All permitted uses as defined in the Desktop (EULA V.2), Web (WULA V.2), and App (AULA V.2) license agreements available at soandsotypedit.com/licenses apply under this agreement.
  3. RESTRICTIONS All restrictions as defined in the Desktop (EULA V.2), Web (WULA V.2), and App (AULA V.2) license agreements available at soandsotypedit.com/licenses apply under this agreement. No Modification: Licensee shall not decompile, reverse-engineer, rename, modify the software or its outlines, or create derivative typefaces in any capacity. No Redistribution: The font software must not be shared, lent, hosted on public repositories, or made available for download by unauthorized third parties.
  4. AUDIT & METRICS License fees are based on Total Entity Size, monthly pageview traffic, and Monthly Active Users as applicable. Licensee is responsible for monitoring and self-reporting these metrics. If usage exceeds the licensed tier for three (3) consecutive months across any environment, a tier upgrade is mandatory. SO-AND-SO TYPED IT reserves the right to request verified reports for any or all environments.
  5. TERMINATION Any breach of these terms results in the immediate and automatic termination of this license across all environments. Upon termination, all font software must be deleted from all workstations, servers, storage media, and application code.
  6. EXTENDED LICENSING The following require a custom agreement beyond this all-inclusive license. Contact hello@soandsotypedit.com for: Broadcast: Titles or credits for TV, Cinema, or Streaming. Merchandise: Use as the primary design element on retail goods. Commercial Goods: Utilizing the forms as the primary value-add on retail merchandise. Enterprise: Organizations exceeding the maximum defined tier across any environment.
  7. PROOF FONTS By downloading PROOF fonts you agree to use them for evaluation purposes only. PROOF fonts contain a limited character subset and are not licensed for production use, web deployment, or app development. License the full software before any production or commercial application.
  8. GOVERNING LAW This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
