EXTENDED USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) V.1

By downloading this typeface, you agree to the following structural terms:

1. GRANT OF LICENSE This is a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the font.
This agreement does not constitute a sale of the original vector
geometry or the software code. Ownership of the typeface remains
with SO-AND-SO TYPED IT.

2. Entity Scale & Pricing Licensing is based on Total Entity Size (all employees and contractors).

3. PERMITTED USAGE Static Environment (Desktop): Installation on local workstations
to produce vector files, rasterized images, and printed matter. Digital Environment (Web): Self-hosting of provided web-font
formats (WOFF2) on registered domains. Motion Environment (Video/Social): Use within digital content,
social media, and non-broadcast video.

4. Restrictions NO Distribution: Do not share, lend, or host files on public repositories. NO Modification: Do not rename, decompile, or alter the vector outlines. NO Templates: Do not bundle software into "build-your-own" tools or apps.

5. Termination Any breach of these terms results in immediate termination of this license.
All copies of the software must be destroyed upon termination.

6. Extended Licensing The following require a custom agreement. Contact so-and-so.typed.it@samvitkaura.com for: Broadcast: Titles or credits for TV, Cinema, or Streaming. Embedding: Integration into App, Game, or Hardware code. Merchandise: Use as the primary design element on retail goods. Commercial Goods: Utilizing the forms as the primary value-add
on retail merchandise.
