By downloading or installing AURA SO-N-SO, you (the "Licensee") agree to the following structural constraints. This is a legal agreement between you and the FOUNDRY.
- GRANT OF LICENSE AURA is provided to the public for both personal and commercial use at zero cost. You are permitted to use the font software for:
Social media assets and digital content.
Printed matter (posters, zines, apparel).
Logo design and branding.
Web design (embedded via @font-face).
- RESTRICTIONS (THE VOID) While the use is free, the ownership is not. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
No Resale: You may not sell the font files (.otf, .ttf, .woff) individually or as part of a bundle.
No Modification: You may not deconstruct, rename, or edit the glyphs to create a derivative typeface for distribution.
No Redistribution: You may not host the files on third-party "free font" aggregate sites. Direct users to so-and-sotyped.it to acquire their own copy.
No Sublicensing: You cannot grant others the right to use the font software under your name.
